Fear of Sales

I believe one of the primary reasons for a sales professional’s failure to flourish in the job is the inability to adapt to the psychological demands.

Selling is hard.  Not brain surgery hard – but considerably harder than outsiders realize.  You need a strategy for going to market.  That’s important.  But you also need a strategy for keeping your sanity – for maintaining your ability to continue being a kind, caring and empathetic human being.  Many people don’t do that second part.  I believe you can.

This site is devoted to the strategies that foster both resilience and a peaceful mind.

Not in sales?  Cool.  I know you will still find something of value here.

Regardless of our career paths, we can all benefit from learning the strategies that lead to hope, optimism and resilience.

“Don;

I really enjoyed your presentation yesterday.  I have to admit that after the class I spent a lot of time thinking about “What’s Going On” in every aspect of my life. Thanks for the insight and for sharing everything!”
